Email marketing - How to get people to follow you

Where were you 8 years ago AWeber?!?

It kills me to think of how long I have gone not using email marketing campaigns to keep my clients and followers informed. Tons of affiliate marketers, blog producers, web producers, business owners, basically anyone with a web presence or that think they have a web presence put a website or blog out their and basically hope that people come to it and keep coming to it. Hey, I was one of you.

Then, I found out about two POWERFUL tools that have changed how my fans keep in touch with me. One is using RSS feeds and encouraging people that land on your site to sign up to it. The other is an INCREDIBLE email marketing program called AWeber.

My most favorite feature that AWeber offers is allowing you to broadcast your blog posts instantly to your subscribers. This is extraordinarily handy when wanting to notify your following immediately of a new product, resource or technique that you want to share.

It’s a snap to setup AWeber and begin allowing people to subscribe to your blog or post. The incredible thing about AWeber is that they allow you to set up as many different campaigns as you need to. Once a campaign is setup you can create web forms that you place on your site to help people subscribe to your community.

I am a statistics junkie. I look at web analytics all day long trying to keep up on search terms being used and looking for different trends. AWeber is FULL of incredible analytics tools that tell you what percentage of your emails were opened, if links were clicked in your emails, if you had subscribers from your blog or website.

A CRITICAL tool to have.

When someone signs up to follow you, you know that they trust you and they have respect for you and what you have to say. NEVER abuse this by selling or misusing the emails that you collect! I am grateful for all of the people that follow me. I thank all of the people that have signed up or subscribed to my blog. They know by now that I do not misuse their information, but I DO keep them updated with valuable reviews on tools or of techniques that I use to be more successful when trying to earn more money at home.
